Returns, Terms & Conditions


We offer free shipping internationally. Delivery times will vary depending on location, however we will try our best to get your product to you ASAP. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express International, which estimates the delivery time of  3-7 business days.


Currently all of our Season 2 products are only available as pre-orders. They are not available anywhere except this website. All pre-orders must be paid in full in order to secure your order. Pre- Orders will take an estimate of 2-3 weeks to arrive. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express International.


We understand the risks involved with buying online. If you are  unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund ( minus shipping charges) on all items under these conditions:

- Items must be returned within 15 days starting from the delivery date.

- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and returned with tags attached in its original packaging.  


Due to the nature of our products being hand made, the availability of our products vary depending on our resources. In order to swap sizes or colour, please follow the return procedures for a refund on the original item, and place a new order.


Due to our items being hand made delicate woven fabrics, slight production imperfections may occur. If you are not happy with the quality of your item, please contact us. Items are classified as faulty if:

-You receive the item damaged with a manufacturing fault.

You will receive a full refund on faulty items if it cannot be repaired or replaced. Items that have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered faulty.


Please insure that you follow the care instructions when washing these pieces. Make sure to use only cold water and not to scrub as the fabrics are delicate.
